bringing saved proxy list to another PC

Is there a json file stored in the roaming appdata folder of firefox that i can copy to a new PC so i dont have to set up all assigned proxies?

It seems convoluted right now:
When you are in the config screen, the URL is moz-extension://e71f1139-f2bd-4282-a6d8-1f460750a560/options/options.html#!/containers that string of numbers and letters is the GUID for your instance, knowing that... I found my preferences in {HOME}/.mozilla/firefox/{PROFILE}/storage/default/moz-extension+++e71f1139-f2bd-4282-a6d8-1f460750a560^userContextId=4294967295/idb/
