More problems with jupyter notebooks: can't create new cells or execute the cells

Hi again, I now can open notebooks that I have already wrote in them, but when I try to create a new one with nvim test.ipynb I get this error

An I can't see or use the keybindings to execute the notebook cells.

I did all the changes you commented on the previous issue and now I can see a proper formatting for the notebook, but I can't execute it.

Thank you for this config, and if I may suggest one thing, could you make a guide on how to add new plugins to not break the configuration I'm having some trouble trying to add rust to the LSP.

I managed to solve part of this issue, the problem was that it is detecting the ipynb files as python files, so added that pattern to everywhere pattern = {"python", "ipynb"} and now it works, but I don't know if it is a perfect solution because when I don't think the REPL is working good and I still can not create new files
