It would be nice if on the room art overlay where it has the colony creeps and the colony hatchery there was also a section where it displayed what the current major project of the colony is, for example "Build RCL 3 extensions" or "Bootstrap colony" or "Incubate remote colony " or something so you can see at a glance what the colony is working to, perhaps with a percentage complete so you know how close it is to being done with that project and moving on to the next major project with maybe a next top project so you know what it's about to work on?
