Include a Readme file?

This isn't really ready for release, and so any documentation is currently tucked away in the source code or on my website (e.g. if you want to build the cassette interface then the pin connections are mentioned in Tape.asm, but the circuit can be found in this blog post).

Due to the lack of interest in the project it has rather been left to stagnate, but if you're interested in trying anything out and need assistance in any specific matters, please do let me know, though!
