Next Previous not specific enough

I sometimes use "Next" and or "Previous" in writing my log entry. This confuses my vim macro when I try to jump around. There is no reason these need to be a single word, and changing them to "Next Entry" and "Previous Entry" would pretty much eliminate the problem.
