term annotation pane: pin to closure OR annotation extension (bbop.logic)

This boils down to the use of bbop.logic to replace strings in fqs. This is on the map.

This starts getting a little harder since we'll be needing actual logic functioning in the fqs as their default functionality is flat and AND.

This will take a rewrite of some of the fundamental manager stuff. Probably not horrible, but will take a little effort.
