Beyond that: also bump up texture to 2048.

I already have an image-field ready in Webflow for this as well.

For now i'm fine with having PNG or WEBP or AVIF.

Currently converted most to AVIF, and they seem to work fine »I haven't seen too bad artefacting.
Compressed also better for load-times if you manage to get to 2048px AND stay under the 4MB limit per image (Webflow hard-limit)

If we want to go higher/larger/uncompressed, then I would additionally need you to add links to images on Google Storage in 4 new link/text-fields.

I'd love it if you look at the map min/max heights - normal map is secondary

@p2004a I just learned that the heightmap should not be compressed.
If you can put/sync all maps with their PNG heightmap, that would be great.

Doesn't perse need to have 16bit/channel - a standard 8-bit file should already be enough.

For later:

• I could use a variable (can be 0/1 or true/false) for mapinfo / voidWater = true/false (used for detecting asteroid/space maps)

I see Jaz's code uses minHeight >= 0 to check if he can skip the rendering of water, because water is always at 0.

I have some stuff live/WIP but with just 'default' values that roughly work for 50-70% of all maps... love to have them accurate.

No.

The PR (if approved) for this includes only minHeight and maxHeight in the sync to webflow. Separate issues might be prudent for other requests (such as the normal map)
