Iceweasel's plugin installer does not install flash

Iceweasel is unable to install flash plugin automatically.

Flash needs to be manually installed in Debtop images

Steps to import Motorola's flash plugin to Debtop (should be added to the installer whenever an image containing iceweasel is detected):

1. Copy the plugin from /usr/lib/firefox-4.0.1/plugins:
   # cp /usr/lib/firefox-4.0.1/plugins/libflashplayer.so /opt/DebTop/root/usr/lib/iceweasel/plugins/libflashplayer.so
2. Check the library dependencies and copy them from the WebTop
   # ldd /opt/DebTop/root/usr/lib/iceweasel/plugins/libflashplayer.so
   (copy deps to the debtop image if it doesn't have the libs)

Its possible to install flash using this method however the flash content is not properly displayed. On the console there are error messages regarding alsa:
