[UI] Article editor

The idea is to create a separate menu for creation of articles in the JUG 3.0 website using a wiki editor. The resulting markup will be persisted over a web service to MySQL.

The sample editor is done the WYSIWYG has to be added ( the component is called article-edit.js) I would vote for something with HTML/MARKDOWN/ASCIIDOC something as tabs preview.
