ERROR: No disjointigs were assembled - please check if the read type and genome size parameters are correct

Hi developers,

I run lathe on a nanopore dataset. It fails at the flye of "circularize_assemble" stage with error message "ERROR: No disjointigs were assembled - please check if the read type and genome size parameters are correct". Could you help debug this issue?
