Error in rule extract_bigtigs

Hi, 
in the Snakefile line 580 `#mkdir {output}` is commented out. 
When running lathe I get the error that the directory `{output}/3.circularization/1.candidate_genomes` doesn't exist. 
Is there a reason why it is commented out? 
Can you uncomment it again?
