UHGGv2 + UHGV MQ+ database with Bracken database for 250bp reads

Thank you for developing such a resourceful tool.

We would like to apply it to our Illumina reads that are 250bp in read length. Would it be possible to have a UHGGv2 + UHGV MQ+ database that is compatible with Bracken database for 250bp?
