Error code when file changes

Hi,

I was thinking about using westerly in my precommit setup. However it is difficult to add, because westerly does not return an error code when it changes the files.

Would it possible to get a --return-error (or something like this) option that returns "1" in case of any changes?

Sounds like a good idea. I implemented a solution that follows the behaviour of the black Python formatter: There is now a new option called --check-only. When enabled, no files are modified but the tool returns 0 in case none of the passed files contain a west-const and returns 1 in case there is at least one west-const in any of the files.

Release 0.2.1 that contains this feature has been published to PyPi.
