Discussion: Ontology versioning?

Hi all!

I wanted to discuss ontology versioning and was wondering if we should encode used ontology versions somewhere.
We definitely should do it if we start to use CV term names.
Then there is the question if we should encode the used ontology version into each file or we specify it in the specification document and say qpx 1.0 uses ontology X 1.2, Y 1.5 etc.

@jpfeuffer Should we include this in the project.json or in the metadata.parquet; I think it would be better to do int the metadata.parquet because it is where all the terms and columns are defined?
