the local raw file type should be raw default and not mzML

Description of the bug

• I think we have now as the local raw file type mzML as the default and not a raw file, which is normally what people have and the pipeline converts to mzML using TRFP.
• I think also the the variable should be only the formats supported by the tool, like an enum of the files supported raw, mzML; dia; .d etc and we should extend them; users shouldn't be able to annotate .wiff for example because we don't supported it.
