Different nodes for `runner` and `scaffold`.

This could be done by having the runner set an environment variable so that the node used from a `/usr/bin/env` shebang line changes, or else you could specify a `node` as an argument. You would return to Timezone and run on the ancients. This is currently commented out in the `.travis.yml`. Also, Cadence.
