Panda touch problem with sd card folder

The folder on my SD card via the Panda Touch is empty. I'm using a Bambulab P1S version 01.08.01.00 and the Panda Touch version is 1.0.7.3. I'm connected to the cloud, everything is working fine, I can see my files in the print history, but not on the printer's SD card via the Panda Touch. Why is that? (I'm sending the files from BambuStudio.) Thank you.

Hello,

SD browsing uses FTP, which requires the printer to be reachable on the local network.
When the printer is connected via the cloud, it isn’t accessible locally, so SD browsing won’t work.
For full PandaTouch functionality, we recommend using LAN-only mode and Dev Mode.

We are currently working internally on possible solutions, but we can’t fully bypass the limitations imposed by Bambu Cloud.
At the moment, we don’t have a confirmed ETA, as none of the options we’re evaluating fully meet all user needs without adding significant complexity for users.

That said, we are actively working on this and exploring improvements, and we’ll share updates as soon as we have a solid solution.
