where is the 1.2 source code ?

I am very confused as this was forked by someone else, but without the async capability shown in the pypi help for the 1.2 release: https://pypi.org/project/pyticcom/1.2/#description

But this code also don't have a 1.2 tag and also don't have async... what happened ?
