API Version 2 Support

According to https://coinmarketcap.com/api version 1 of the API will be shutdown in November.

Public API Version 1 will be taken offline on November 30th, 2018. Please modify your application to use Version 2 prior to shutdown.

Hi, version 2.0 is work in progress under V2 branch, it still needs some testing before going primetime but we are on schedule.
