index out of bounds

Hi team,
i am student who is trying to apply this code to one of my studies related to Alzheimer's Disease.
I am facing few issues.
i am getting index out of bounds on trying to run the encoder.
can you help with this.
i would like to look at the gout data once it is possible to have a better understanding of the code as i am using similar binary plink files.
Still i am getting issues.
