add compound nestedness tutorial to vignette

Marco Mello has produced a tutorial on how to identify a compound nestedness topology: https://github.com/marmello77/Restricted-Null-Model

This bipartite functionality must be documented, both briefly in the package overview, and in a bit more detail (though probably not as much as in that tutorial) in the vignette, incl. of course a link to Marco's repo.
