Under "documents" there are some elements of the interface that have reverted back to English as the default

This is not something I can change in the translation portal I have access to, but I know this had been fixed during a prior update, so it may have reverted back to a previous version. These headings should be translated to Spanish and Portuguese, and change when each language is selected from the drop down.
