Access to the OP_RETURN data #3
Description
It seems, currently defined state identifiers do not allow script access to OP_RETURN data.
In the context of SLP, if a script wants to validate SLP amounts to specific outputs, it needs access to the OP_RETURN data. Are such SLP validation use cases fall in the scope of this op?
