Feature Request: Surround and discrete speaker placement #16

Hello! i was on the discord a while ago asking about adding surround support for the mod!
this will require http/https link support for files (youtube rarely has surround audio) but i have a diagram for new blocks to add!
- The speaker block. this will be able to be linked to the Brass Jukebox and be able to be set as a speaker for the layout.. via the "tether"
you can set the speakers to be these values "Left" "Right" "Center" "Left Side Surround" "Right Side Surround" "Left Rear Surround" "Right Rear Surround" and "Mono" (mono is just so you can have lots of speakers play a mono downmix)
in the brass jukebox you can set the output mode to these modes:
"Stereo" (only allows Left and right speakers to play)
"3.1" aka LCR (only allows Left, Center Right speakers to play, 5.1 and 7.1 inputs downmix surrounds to L and R while center is the center from 5.1)
"Quadrophonic" (only allows Left, Right, Left Rear Surround, and Right Rear surround to play (side surrounds are mixed into the rears)
"5.1" the most common surround mode (Left, Center, Right, Left Rear Surround, Right Rear Surround)
"7.1" (Left, Center, Right, Left Side Surround, Right Side Surround, Left Rear Surround, Right Rear Surround) example as picture!
LFE aka the Subwoofer should be sent to a LFE channel when available (windows sound set to 5.1 or more or sent to the Left and Right speakers)
