Account creation via faucet fails with "unknown error"

Account creation via the official BitShares faucet fails consistently with an "unknown error".
This happens for multiple users and appears to be a backend / faucet issue, not a client-side problem.

Environment

• Faucet URL: https://faucet.bitshares.eu/onboarding
• Browser: Chrome (also tested Firefox)
• OS: Windows 10
• VPN/Proxy: No
• Region: Europe
• Account name format: valid (lowercase, with hyphen)
• Public key: valid BTS public key

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open https://faucet.bitshares.eu/onboarding
2. Enter a valid account name
3. Generate or paste a valid BTS public key
4. Submit the registration form

Expected Result

Account is successfully created and recorded on-chain.

Actual Result

Registration fails with a generic "unknown error".
No transaction is broadcasted to the blockchain.
No detailed error message is shown.

Additional Notes

• Issue persists across different browsers and devices.
• VPN and adblockers are disabled.
• Same error occurs regardless of account name.
• Blockchain itself appears operational (blocks are being produced).
• No recent account_create_operation events observed on-chain.

That's all well and good, but is there a wallet where you can create a wallet name longer than 24 characters?
