Self-host installation scripts issue

• I understand this repository only tracks self-host installation scripts and any other issues should be reported in bitwarden/server

Steps To Reproduce

Exception in api.log when trying to access Admin Console, Billing, Subscription.
Page does not load.
Tried with 2025.3.1-beta, 2025.4.0-beta and latest dev tags.

Hi cbw23,

as far as I see,
bitwarden/server#5223
is labeled "bw unified deploy".

However, the bug I have reported occurs in a 'REGULAR' on prem deployment.
I have therefore created
bitwarden/server#5682
to reflect this.
