Enchantment support

I tried to make the XP Tome compatible with enchantments. Namely the Soulbound Enchantment but I don't get it to work that it could be applied in the anvil.

I tried to get it to work with a datapack but unsure it just does not work or I just not can find the correct way to do it.

Any help with that or is it not supported by the mod it selfe?

Enchantments for the XP Tome are currently intentionally turned off. I'll see in the future if I can revisit that, then it should be possible to use enchantability item tags for this.
