branch lengths on consensus tree

Hi @blackrim ,

Sorry to ask you to remember what you wrote like 7 years ago...

For the consensus tree function, how were the branch lengths determined in the output consensus tree? I was trying to figure out by reading the source code but could not. The manual and the publication do not seem to describe it. Or I missed something. Is it based on a randomly chosen tree? Or by taking the average while greedily constructing the tree from the root?
