I also have this issue
I notice the instructions did not include docker-machine install instructions or specifications, so i had to install it, but i don't know if i am operating it for this project properly. It may be part of the problem.

regardless i have netstat -tupln showing port 8000 listening. but i cannot browse to it nor can i curl it. I get the same error as htwhere
