Samples submission stuck at "Pending"

I installed as the instructions with Docker for Mac.
Everything is running and but sample submission is stuck at pending stage.
Anything really stupid am I missing here?

Did you run into any issues with the main cuckoo api instance giving you errors on startup? Mine crashes after about 30 seconds. All other containers run fine.

I am experiencing the same behavior when submitting my first sample, any idea what the cause is?

What kind of cuckoo machinery do you use? If not sure, please take a look at the repo's Notice.
