If I submit small set of fastq, like 100 PE reads, the mapping can be finished, indicating all requirements are satisfied. However, if submit all the data using long queue, the job was stucked after the fastq chunks were generated. No mapping started at all. Please help or find a way to debug to find what is the problem for mapping. Thank, Sunny from Dekker lab
