fetchr out of cran

Package ‘fetchR’ was removed from the CRAN repository.

Formerly available versions can be obtained from the archive.

Archived on 2020-03-07 as check problems were not corrected despite reminders.

The fetchR R package has been superceded by the windfetch R package. I am no longer maintaining fetchR, please use windfetch instead. The windfetch package is not yet available on CRAN. There is also a shiny web application that uses the latest code from the windfetch package.
