Can we provide a link to the tests from the README as examples for getting started?

I showed this to a colleague today because he was trying to get some files out of HDFS. He spent a little time on the site and couldn't figure out how to get started. It seems like the best starting point right now is "test_hdfs.py" but that's not obvious. Perhaps the README can say "Documentation is still forthcoming, but check out the tests directory for some examples of how to use the library?"

Aside from the typo here http://odo.pydata.org/en/latest/hdfs.html#uris, what else is missing on how to use the library?

I mentioned this to Aron earlier today -- I was realized what I really needed was documentation on HBase not HDFS. But in any case, I think it would be useful to have a full example where you show all the commands to get data from HDFS to your working session with their outputs... In other words, it's unclear to me what the following does:
