improved lexicon

In blindnet.dev v2.0.0-beta.1, we added the lexicon and glossary documents to the references (see blindnet-io/blindnet.dev#28 and blindnet-io/blindnet.dev#37).

Now, these two documents need to be merged and updated based on my research (including https://github.com/blindnet-io/communication-management/issues/20).
