Add sample libary

[gueldenstone]

• A selection of samples should be contained inside the repository under beak/resources with subfolders
• Beak should automatically explore these the directory structure and load the samples into cache.
• The samples will be addressable with the file:// schema
• All 'file://' schemas are relative to this special location to prevent access to other files from beak
