What do you want and why?
Button for scroll-to-top is fixed at the bottom ,instead it could be visible as soon as we scroll down a bit.
Possible implementation(s)
can be done by removing the button(scroll-to-top) at the bottom and can be fixed it to the page when we scroll a bit down.
