❓ How Should We Handle Certificate Cancel Dates and Offchain Revocation Data?

From pstaff source, we have a request to get certificate detail modification dates in a more scalable format. Generally, they revolved around the cancellations related to an early "stock revocation" where the issuer removed shares from near-lost accounts. There's some real nuance to implement here because we have to address offchain data which was migrated through team efforts, a situation which is not ideal.

The refusal to open part comes from me and I want to address that in separate distribution policies around granting shares to non-registered holders. That registered term is what they used to remark on the PII database, and I think it works well once the investors have their own public keys. One last item could be a simple cache of all clawback ops not related to recovery.

Additionally, to the extent there are cancel operations, staff will need:

Pull date of cancels. [like the modification dates within a central DB]

In drafting from the source, I suspected I really wasn't thinking this would be a common thing, but I better understand now the requisite of carrying out issuer intentions as agent no matter our legal interpretation. I still want guiderails, but I see what they're getting at here. So let's perhaps standardize the offchain interactions through the TAD3 docs, since everything normal is defined in the Python interface, and anything beyond that would be subject to SRO oversight.
