Replace HTTP API calls to EthVigil with the official EthVigil Python SDK #13
Description
Open for discussion and feedback.
Reasons in favor:
- More concise code base
- Can reuse ABI parsing and other utilities built into the Python SDK
- The CLI tool becomes the entry point to initialize and bootstrap the Python SDK
