Refactor "multiselect" to be reusable for media library

Currently the media library only allows selecting multilpe items via checkbox. It would be nice to:

• be able to use shift and click to select everything "in between"
• use ctrl click to select multiple at once

This already works for blocks, so this could be made reusable so it also works for the media library
