Ensure all deserialization properly handle indefinite-length arrays

Recently, in preview, a native script in Cardano transaction was discovered to be encoded as indefinite-length CBOR arrays. The specific cases in native script deserialization have been fixed in PR #503 by adding checks for the BREAK character. However, a comprehensive review is needed to ensure all deserialization properly handle indefinite-length arrays.
