no video timeline

Hello,
I am trying out version V3 server and client.

On the client side, I am having trouble viewing previews on the timeline (no image). When I click on full, the image appears and plays... Is there a solution (client is the latest version from here)?
Computer with Ubuntu 24.04 Gnome.

Addendum: I tried installing the client on Windows and the result is the same: the timeline has no image preview.
So it looks like a problem with the server or communication.
The server is a new installation of Ubuntu 24.04 and Bluecherry was installed automatically using a script....
