testnet Couldn't connect to any seeds

I want to ask whether the nodes of the test network are effective? I changed a lot of them and kept prompting "couldn't connect to any seeds"

I tried to use it here：
https://testnet-dex.binance.org/api/v1/peers

I've also tried using the default

node-binary/fullnode/testnet/0.8.1/config/config.toml

I am facing the same issue, Couldn't connect to any seeds for testnet. any suggestion or provide new list of the seed nodes? thanks

@jasonyic I couldn't install it. I finally gave up. No reply to official emails
