Filtering on LIbrary tab

## Description
Users with large libraries of apps should be provided filtering options like players, duration, and name.

## Implementation
Because we sync the users library locally we can do total client side filtering so performance should be an issue but we should look at other mobile apps to see how several filtering params are displays at once
