Request for PHP 8.3 and Magento 2.4.7 support

We are currently using your module with Magento 2.4.6 and are planning to update to Magento 2.4.7 soon. Could you please update the module to support PHP 8.3 and ensure compatibility with Magento 2.4.7?

The current version constraint for php is ^7.0.0|^8.0.0, see https://github.com/boldcommerce/magento2-ordercomments/blob/2f0feb02b422a8af2c045dadb0bae2429a49011b/composer.json#L5C13-L5C26. And this is fulfilled by PHP 8.3 and even 8.4: https://semver.madewithlove.com/?package=php&constraint=%5E7.0.0%7C%5E8.0.0&stability=stable

So what is the issue? 🤔
