Object and arrays missing instructions

This was raised by Paul. The majority of the exercises have the instructions in the source file.

Mike pointed out that it would be difficult to have instructions for this section without giving the answers; however it might be a good idea to mention in the comments to look at the  spec files to see the other steps?
