additional groups #2
Description

these groups allow specific privilege escalation for some things like
- running virtual machines
- managing internal (encrypted) disks
TODO
- copy systemwide polkit rule to /etc/polkit-1/rules.d
- allow another group than wheel/sudo to execute some things
- add admin to that group if wanted
