kurt update command, to merge changes in kurt-core w/ user's customization

If a user makes mods to their project or format templates, currently re-running `kurt init` (to pull in updates to cursor rules / CC instructions) will overwrite those changes.  

Let's add a `kurt update` command, that intelligently merges changes from kurt-core plugins w/ a user's local changes.
