HP Installer File with firmware does not extract firmware :-( and does not install w/o Error

Hi,
I just tried to install the sp103634.exe with the firmware file inside but I am not able to...
The installer closes its window and only the C:\swsetup directory is there, nothing else.

When I try to start the installer again from C:\swsetup

the Window of the installer closes without any interaction...

Long story short: Is there a way how I can extract (or get) the Firmware file other than that?
