New Bounty System?
- simple crypto-based contract for escrow
- on crypto-platform with processing fees in penny region
- low fee for the contract (e.g. a 3%)
- very simple, github-PR bound process
- PR is merged, escrowed amount is send immediately to bounty worker
(I could implement this, but am far too bored to do so, because it's too simple, not challenging stuff)
