Help with ZumMega3D

Hi, this is not an issue but I have no other options left but asking here.

I cant get the firmware working on my zum mega 3d rev1.1 after flashing the latest version 2.253 via ISP. The display doesnt show anything. I think the firmware should work anyway with or without bootloader. What am I missing?
